Vacation Cafe Simulator Delivery Bags: How to Complete Phone Orders
Buy an order assembly table and delivery bags, accept an order from the café phone, and bring the requested food or drink to the table. Pack the items, apply the sticker, close the bag, then follow the delivery marker and hand it to the customer. The steps below combine a walkthrough with one player's report; they have not been reproduced in the current build.
Quick answer
- Buy the order assembly table and order board from the Furniture Store; place the assembly table in the kitchen.
- Buy delivery bags from the Cafe Supplies shop and keep at least one bag for each order you plan to pack.
- Make sure the phone is on and shows green, and confirm that a delivery order is accepted. Use the order board to review or cancel orders.
- Bring the requested items and a bag to the assembly table. Put the order's items in the bag, add its sticker, and close it.
- Follow the delivery marker, knock at the destination, and hand the closed bag to the customer.
The table and board names come from the walkthrough; the green phone, bagging details, and knock-and-hand-off steps come from one Steam player's report.
Set up the delivery station
The walkthrough names two furniture-store items: an order board and an order assembly table. A player who described completing a delivery says to place the delivery station in the kitchen. The sources do not state the board's exact role or whether every order requires it, so set up both if you can.
- Buy the order assembly table and order board from the Furniture Store.
- Place the assembly table in your kitchen.
- Get delivery bags from the Cafe Supplies shop. The player report says bags can be kept in the storeroom.
Neither source gives a level requirement for these items.
Accept, pause, or cancel phone orders
Delivery orders come through the café phone. One player says to make sure the phone shows green and that an order has been accepted. The order board lets you review orders and cancel one if you are already busy. The walkthrough says to turn the phone off when you do not want more orders.
If your hands are full, cancel the order from the board or switch the phone off to stop incoming orders, according to the walkthrough. The sources do not say that switching off the phone cancels orders you already accepted.
Pack and close a delivery bag
Prepare the dishes or drinks listed in the accepted order, then bring them and a bag to the order assembly table.
- Choose the order you are packing at the table.
- Put each requested item into the bag. The player report says to have at least one bag per order you want to process.
- Apply the order sticker, then close the bag.
The walkthrough calls this an order assembly table; the Steam player calls it a delivery station. The two sources describe the same packing point but do not confirm the exact on-screen labels in every language.
Deliver the order to the customer
After the bag is closed, follow the delivery marker to the customer's address. The player report says to knock on the door and hand the bag to the person when prompted.
A player who described the process also warned that delivery uses plates, cups, or other serving ware. Check your stock after deliveries and restock if needed; the source does not establish which item every order consumes.
If an order will not pack
One player's successful-flow report gives these checks; they are diagnostic suggestions, not confirmed fixes:
- Confirm the phone shows green and the order was accepted.
- Check that the order assembly table is placed in the kitchen and that a bag is available for each order you are packing.
- Bring the requested items to the station, select the intended order, then add the sticker and close the bag.
If those steps still fail, note the game version, solo or multiplayer mode, the order items, and what happens at the station before reporting it. The sources do not identify a known delivery-station bug or a guaranteed workaround.
What Update 1.0.9 changes
Official · Update 1.0.9 · October 8, 2026
The developer says the guest and delivery order pool was refreshed. The notes do not describe a change to the delivery station, bags, phone controls, stickers, drop-off, or dishware use.
Official · Hotfix 1.0.6 · September 10, 2026
The notes say a quest was added to introduce the order board and list fixes for delivery with an active perk, collecting a delivery order more than once, and the order-cancellation window. They do not identify a general repair for a bag that will not pack.
What is still unknown
- The exact level or quest that unlocks delivery equipment.
- Whether the order board is required or only helps manage orders.
- Which exact item combinations each bag accepts and what each failed interaction means.
- Whether every delivery consumes plates or cups, and which serving item is consumed by each order.
- Whether the reported sequence still matches every current-build and multiplayer interaction.
